Reporting <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Support for all tax compliance with Indonesian Tax Regulations for all Indonesia entities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Company Withholding Tax (23,26,4 Art 2 and others):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Check account ledger of WHT Account.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Check account ledger of Expense, Intercompany &amp; Payment to identify any withholding tax applicable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collate all the invoices related to WHT Account and ensure accuracy of WHT rate applied for the invoices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Calculate the monthly Company Withholding Tax.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Arrange the banking tax payment process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Submitting the monthly WHT tax report.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Responsible for distributing and collecting the Withholding Tax Slip relates to the company.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Booking tax journals related to the Withholding Tax.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Perform account reconciliations from Expense to Withholding Tax to respective Balance Sheet Accounts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Value Added Tax VAT:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Check account ledger of VAT Output\/VAT Input Account (Local &amp; Offshore).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collect all the Commercial &amp; Tax Invoices related to the VAT Input Account.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Validate Tax invoices and respective supporting documents for Input and Output VAT, both domestic and international.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Issue Tax invoice by using E-Facture system related to VAT Output Account.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Issue Tax invoice\u2019s supporting documents required to VAT Output Account.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Calculate the monthly Value Added Tax.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Arrange the banking tax payment process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Submitting the monthly VAT tax report.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Booking tax journal related to the VAT Tax.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Perform account reconciliations from Revenue to Withholding Tax to respective Balance Sheet Accounts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Employee Income Tax Art 21:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Providing data to the Paymaster vendor regarding non-employee Income Tax 21.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Supporting Tax amendments and Refund requests for company when it required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Internal Controls<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Support implementing accounting policies, processes and SOPs related to Taxes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support on aligning Tax practices with MVCI\u2019s Internal Control, accounting policies, SOPs, and practices across Sites.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Additional Responsibilities <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Perform analysis on an ad hoc basis as required by the business.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>It is foreseeable that this job could take on more duties as the company grows, around sales analysis or general accounting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Inform and\/or update the executives, the peers, and the subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Creates written and verbal presentations effectively.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Always demonstrates a high level of professionalism.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> CANDIDATE PROFILE<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The education, experience, skills, and attributes important for this position are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Degree in Tax or Accounting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Minimum 4 years of experience in Multinational Companies or 3 years in Tax consultant firms handling Corporate Taxes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Prior Seniority level is preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Solid &amp; excellent functional background in Indonesia Tax Law Regulation, Audit and Tax Analysis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Solid &amp; excellent functional background with Indonesia Tax System (e-SPT, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Intermediate skills in Accounting &amp; Reconciliation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>BKP Certified, minimum as Brevet A &amp; B Consultant and C will be an advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with a Tax Consultant is preferable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proficient in Excel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Fluency in English both spoken and written.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> MANAGEMENT COMPETENCIES<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The education, experience, skills, and attributes important for this position are:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p> Leadership<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p> Professional Demeanor &#8211;
